That's why I created the Dumbbell Dash. It's a month long workout program where I take the guessing game out of working out and tell you exactly what to do.
I'll provide info on how to do the exercises correctly to minimize injuries and give you modifications so you can adjust the exercises to your fitness level.

The best part is because I know your life is busy I've made sure all the workouts can be done in 20 minutes or less (and actually many of the workouts can be done in 10-15 minutes!), and I've included a calendar for the month so your workouts are all scheduled out for you.
